Looks like there are some mixed signals on what will be the exact future of The Music Box. While some shows have been added to the venues schedule now we received a message mentioning that a couple upcoming shows have been moved. The Jayhawks were scheduled to perform on Thursday, February 2nd at The Music Box, but that show has been moved to the Avalon on the same date. Dr. Dog was also set to play at the Hollywood venue but that show has also been moved and will now take place at the Orpheum Theatre on Friday, February 10th.
Tickets that were previously purchased for both shows will still be honored for the new venues and you can still purchase tickets online. But this makes the future of The Music Box uncertain and hopefully any problems going on behind the scenes can be worked out in the near future.
